Google Ripple provides cloud-based automation tools for digital marketing purposes. Our Services include:

Google SEO Booster Bot: search traffic simulation for SEO improvement
Bing SEO Booster Bot: Bing search traffic simulation
Google Reviews Report Bot: automated review reporting

You acknowledge that the use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through our integrated payment provider
Funds are added to your wallet balance and deducted as you use Services
All wallet transactions are final and recorded immutably
Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions honor the original price until renewal

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Google Ripple and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services
Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
Create derivative works based on the Services
Remove any proprietary notices from the Services

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the obligations in Section 5 and our Acceptable Use Policy, you shall not:

Use the Services to target your own ads or properties to fraudulently inflate metrics
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services beyond their intended functionality
Engage in any form of fraud, including self-referral in the affiliate program

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
Temporarily suspend Services for emergency maintenance or security reasons
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for the results or effectiveness of campaigns run using our Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Google Ripple, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content or data you submit through the Services

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or our policies. Upon termination:

Your right to access the Services ceases immediately
Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law)

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Google Ripple regarding the use of our Services.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
