Refund Policy

Understand our refund and cancellation policy for cryptocurrency payments and subscription services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and digital services, all purchases on Google Ripple are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair treatment of all customers.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:

  • Service malfunction: if the software is not functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error
  • Service not delivered: if you paid for a service that was never activated or made available
  • Extended downtime: if significant unplanned downtime prevents you from using services you paid for, pro-rata credits may be applied

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results (campaign performance is not guaranteed)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date
  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Wallet top-ups that have already been partially or fully spent
  • Services used as intended, regardless of the outcome

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via Telegram within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Provide your account email and the transaction details
  3. Describe the issue and reason for requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued as wallet credit by default, or as cryptocurrency to your original payment method upon request
  • Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to network fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction, not at current exchange rates

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current period
  • To cancel, manage your subscription in your account settings or contact support

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by providing additional information or evidence
  • Escalate through our Telegram support channel

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
